In the family based categories, all categories advanced except for the F2B for the Philippines and the F3 for all countries other than Mexico and the Philippines. There were no retrogressions.

In the employment based categories, The EB2 category for China advanced, the EB3 category advanced, and the Other Worker category for India advanced. All other categories remained the same as in December.

The Department of State states that there is a possibility that, in the employment based categories, the following dates might be reached by September 2010:
