Reports from those who have been visited by FDNS indicate that the investigator often asks for the manager/supervisor of the worksite and the H–1B worker(s). The FDNS investigators may also take pictures of the worksite including the inside and outside of the premises.
Both H–1B employers and employees should be prepared to answer any questions asked by the investigator, as well as be able to provide any requested documents. Therefore, it is essential that both employer and employee review their H–1B documentation carefully.
Please contact our office for an appointment if you would like to discuss these matters with us in more detail, as well as to discuss strategies to remain in compliance with applicable laws related to the H–1B program. An initial consultation fee will apply.
