Visa Priority Dates for July Released
The US Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for July.
In the Family based categories, the F1 category for the Philippines, the F2b category for Mexico and the Philippines, and the F3 category for the Philippines did not advance. The F1 and F3 categories for Mexico retrogressed. All other categories advanced.
In the Employment based categories, the EB2 category for China retrogressed. The EB2 category for India did not move. The EB3 and Other Worker categories for all countries remain unavailable.
The Department of State is indicating that retrogressions are possible in Special Immigrant and Religious Worker Categories.
The Department of State expects that the Employment based numbers for China and India will remain tight, with waiting times of possible 10 years or more!
