Facts About the New Obama Policy

  • It is not a new law. It is just a policy.
  • It is not a means of getting a work permit.
  • It is not a means of getting immigration status.
  • It is not a means to get the green card.
  • It is not an assured means of avoiding deportation.

Do not be victimized by people telling you they can get you a work permit or a green card under this new policy. Consult a real experienced immigration attorney.
